• Please do not bring in your items without pre-approval.
• Please send photos of the items you wish to consign to us at contact@WestSedonaConsignments.com.
• If you have an entire household to consign, start with a few photos; then we’ll schedule a home visit to inspect the remainder of the items.
• We only accept furniture, rugs, lighting and home décor items that are in excellent condition: they must be clean (no pet hair or stains or scratches) and not showing excessive wear. 
• If your items are delivered damaged or in an unacceptable condition not evident in the photos, they will not be accepted. 
• If additional items are included in your delivery that were not reviewed, they will not be accepted.
• Please note: We are not accepting dishes or glassware or collectibles such as porcelain. 
• Native American basketry and pottery in good condition are always welcome.

• You must arrange delivery of your items to our showroom. We can provide you with a list of local movers whom you can contact for this service..
• You must complete a consigners contract before we place your items on our showroom floor.

• You may bring pre-approved items in between 10AM and 4PM Monday through Saturday --  if you can unload and bring them in yourself. 
• If it is a two-person job, you will need to arrange for help. We can supply you with a list of local movers. West Sedona Consignments cannot help load or unload items. 
• Getting your items to West Sedona Consignments is your responsibility. We do not arrange or pay for the movers.
• Please call us and let us know when you plan to deliver or schedule a mover to deliver. This is important  -- so we can make room on the showroom floor ahead of time and add staff, if necessary, to receive your items – otherwise your movers may be held up and charge you for the additional time.
• Please make sure your items are clean and in excellent condition. We reserve the right to reject any items when they arrive if there is undisclosed excessive wear or damage.

• 50% is paid to the Consignor; 50% goes to West Sedona Consignments 

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time during the consignment period. We often base this decision on: 

• How long the item has been on the showroom floor
• How much interest the item garners
• Research that indicates an initial overpricing

• Our basic contract is for 30 days, and we will automatically extend this to 90 days if space permits. 
• You may choose to pick up your items anytime after the 30-day period. Items not picked up after 90 days (without a written extension) will be donated to a local charity.

We’re selective -- based not on personal preference, but rather a knowledge of what will sell in timely manner in our showroom. 

West Sedona Consignments specializes in high-quality furniture, unique antiques, and selective art such as paintings, prints, and sculpture.

• Prices are established when you have your items delivered to our showroom where we can assess the actual condition of the pieces. Any information you can provide such as original receipts or written authentication of art and antiques helps us get top dollar for your items. 
• We have a strong marketing program that includes advertising in local magazines and daily features on our Facebook and Instagram accounts and on our website.
• We offer over 7000 sq. ft. of light and airy showroom with all the pieces carefully placed to maximize their appearance.
• Location, location, location – we are in the heart of West Sedona in one of the highest-traffic shopping centers for maximum visibility
• We work with the area’s top realtors and interior designers.
